Support and projet management
The team puts its recognized know-how at its clients’ disposal with regard to project management, growth support, coaching and outsourcing of management or specific functions, offering a tailor-made operational approach in the context of a sustainable relationship. The assignments can last from a few days to several months and are very variable depending on the type of client (entrepreneur and project introducers, SME executives, fund managers and investors). We adapt our assistance according to client needs, global or specific, in the start-up or restructuring phase (from the recommendations for implementation phase and to the follow-up of French or international projects).
In this context, the ability of our teams to work in a multidisciplinary way, our knowledge of the operation of integrated networks and our presence on the ground are many of the added value skills for clients :
- In coordination, acting as a true services integrator for the project, whether it be national or international, depending on the identified market,
- In the choice of local experts best placed to respond to the requirements, the interface and negotiation of fees,
- In participating actively in the design of global and operational solutions in close cooperation with our client’s team and experts outside the area of law (corporate finance, accounting experts/CAC, HR consultants, systems integrators, strategy advice, etc.).
