Founder NS2A – In charge of the Corporate, M&A & tax activities
Philippe Nègre, partner at NS2A, regularly assists and advises both French and foreign clients, mainly in the area of legal management and day-to-day taxation, legal and tax optimization of their structures, and in financing transactions, growth support and M&A. Philippe Nègre oversees the teams within the Corporate and Taxation Divisions.
In this context, he regularly works with the teams dedicated to company law, and on the numerous cases of reorganization, merger-acquisition and business communications and on the issues of taxation of businesses and executives, taxation disputes and tax-structuring.
Lawyer, holder of a Master’s in Business Law and a PhD in Company Taxation (Paris-Dauphine). Partner at Landwell/PwC until 2004, he started at Coudert Frères in 1992. He joined the firms Coopers & Lybrand and then PricewaterhouseCoopers firstly in Boston and then in Paris before founding the business firm NS2A in 2004.
Philippe Nègre is a teacher in the Masters in Business, Commercial and Financial Law (on the subjects of merger and acquisition, taxation and reorganization of companies) at the Université François Rabelais – TOURS and intervenes in different other seminars. He is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association).
Moreover, Phillippe is a member of the administration council of the association “Tours cite international de la gastronomie en Val de Loire” which has been selected by the French mission as a result of the registration of French gastronomie on the UNESCO list of the world intangible cultural heritage.

Dorothée Noblet, partner at NS2A, regularly assists and advises both French and foreign clients, mainly in the area of company law and M&A, but also concerning the contractual technique of their legal day-to-day transactions and in financing transactions, growth support and M&A.
In this context, she regularly works in the area of company law and contractual negotiation, and on the numerous cases of reorganization, merger-acquisition and business communications.
Lawyer, holder of a Master’s in International Business Law (Paris Descartes University), she started her carrier at NS2A since 2010.

Marine regularly works in the area of company law and contractual negotiation, and on the numerous cases of reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions and business transactions.
Lawyer, holder of a Master’s in Business Law – Mergers & Acquisitions & Financing- (Evry Val d’Essonne University), she started her carrier at NS2A. She is member of the Paris Bar association.
NS2A – Of counsel – Contentieux général
Annabel assiste et conseille régulièrement une clientèle française et parfois étrangère, principalement dans le cadre de procédures contentieuses civiles et commerciales, devant toutes les juridictions de France.
Elle conseille les personnes physiques et morales dans le cadre des litiges qu’elles rencontrent dans les domaines civils ou commerciaux, que ce soit en amont par la préparation de la stratégie du client ou la tentative de mise en œuvre d’une solution amiable, pendant le déroulement de la procédure contentieuse ou bien après l’obtention d’une décision de justice exécutoire en assistant le client dans le choix des voies d’exécution forcée confiées à l’huissier de justice.
Titulaire d’une maitrise de droit mention carrières judiciaires à Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne Avocat depuis 2004, Annabel travaille en partenariat avec le Cabinet NS2A depuis plus de sept ans.
Serge Pelletin Of counsel – International cooperation agreements and contractual negotiation
Serge Petetin, Of counsel within NS2A, assists and advises both French and foreign clients, mainly in the area of international cooperation agreements and contractual negotiations, as well as in the auditing of French and international contracts and agreements in the framework of M&A operations. He is also involved in French and international business litigation files, both before or at the judicial stage, as well as in amicable settlement processes.
Lawyer, holder of a Master’s in Business Law and a PhD in Business international Law (Tours University). He started his carrer at Comsip Entreprise, a company specialized in electrical and automation works. He then joined the Bouygues Group for more than 20 years, where he was in charge of several legal departments : International Building, Bouygues Offshore, ending as Bouygues Building’s General Counsel. He left the Bouygues Group for joining in 2004 MBDA (EADS Group), one of the two main international missiles manufacturer. In 2005, he joined – as Group General Counsel – Keolis, one of the world leaders in public transportation where he was also a Comex member as well as a board director of Keolis SA until the beginning of 2013.
Since 2006, Serge Petetin is a member of the Cercle Montesquieu, where he was also co-chairman of the management commission in 2011/2012 and a board director in 2012/2013.
